I do not feel that the quality of care, specifically, the knowledge of hand, elbow, and arm anatomy is of the necessary level to provide high quality care. It appears to be average, at best.

The facility is an all in one. Everything is in the same building once you can find your way around. The doctor was very nice and explained things so you could understand them! The only downside was finding a parking space in the deck.
