I appreciate the fact that I was able to see Dr. Caldera on the day I called instead of waiting two or three days as I needed meds right away.

Dr Caldera gave me time to ask questions and genuinely listened to my complaints. He never made me feel rushed to get through the appointment and he explained every single step as he was doing the procedure so I was never surprised. He is very professional but also personal, didn’t feel like an awkward robot interaction where the provider is there to just do their job and get out.

I wish there was a way i could reach my doctor directly. Rather by phone, text, or email. Its really time consuming to go through the normal phone route.
