The medical assistant, Heather that came in before the Dr. was SO NICE & she had a very gentle & kind personality. She really put me at ease. She was AWESOME!!!

FYI trouble with keyboard staying up! Caitlyn is very thorough and a good listener! My only need is that Renown bring back Valet parking to 75 Pringle and 1500 2nd. It is often exhausting for we disabled to get in and out for appointments.

There appeared to be a breakdown with communication between various departments which caused delays in the treatment process.

Dr Caitlin is very detailed about my symptoms, something that has not happen with all other doctors in my past. She is professional, caring. My wish is that all doctors had the same qualities she has.

My health records were turned over to a PA Caitlin Clarkin from Dr [ ], I was leary until we met. I am thoroughly impressed with her knowledge explaining my chart and the recommendations she offered, i.e.healthy foods, exercise etc etc.
