Dr Murphy provided excellent care. She took time to explain every step of the procedure as well as any possible side effects that might occur.

If I had just gone for regular allergies I’m sure it would’ve been fine. If she could’ve just prescribed me meds and sent me on my way it probably would’ve been great. That was not my issue.

She clearly hadn’t read my chart beforehand and didn’t get a detailed medical history so that she could make informed decisions about my care. One of the worst experiences with a doctor I’ve ever had.
