I have a very long history with HSS. It's almost like a second home. Dr. Mackenzie has been my primary doctor since 1994. We adore him. My husband sees him as well. He is a wonderful doctor with a very gentle soul. He is by far the best of the best.

Dr. C. Ronald MacKenzie has been taking care of my health issues for well over 15 years and his service has been excellent in every way. He takes time to explain my condition clearly, takes time to pick up the phone and call me about the results of tests and what I need to take care (these calls are always after 5:00 pm, before he leaves the office. Is concern and has emphatty for my health issues that are many. Appointments with him are pontual, no more than 5 minutes waiting, and I notice every person seated at the waiting room has the same treatment. His staff is also outstanding and professionals that every doctors needs.
We moved from Battery Park City, NYC 2 years ago to New Jersey that takes me over 2 hours to get to his office at the HSS in Manhattan. It is a long drive after you enter NYC to reach his office a HSS, and I do it to date because of the treatment I get. I am totally horrified to change doctors to closer to my residence…

Dr.Mackenzie is an excellent doctor took time to see what can be done with my knee when no one else cared enough to even listen in what I was saying I was going through! If I can rate him ten stars I would! He’s a very caring doctor and wants financial help his patience until all the other doctors I have been too!
