My only frustration with this clinic is the online messaging service. If I would like to contact my primary provider or her nurse without my message going through reception or answering service, I need to actually write and mail a physical letter. In this day and age, your providers and patients should have a way to directly contact each other and for providers to be able to access patient information online while with the patient. Its 2024. Please update communication between patients and providers.
