The nurse practitioner, Brandy, was very good. She always explains every step to me and takes her time. I feel like a valued patient.

I saw Brandy twice.She was kind, caring and thorough. I would definitely recommend her to friends. I was glad she was the provider when I went in to convenient care.

I was very impressed from the time I made the first phone call for an appointment until I left after my check up. I called back this morning to be sure I understood everything and Brandy was able to talk with me again, and was still just as courteous and friendly as Before. I was very impressed. Thank you for the service.

Brandy Byrd provided excellent care. She was thorough, caring and courteous throughout the entire visit. She also explained everything very well. This is the best experience that I had ever had at a convenient care facility. I live in Godfrey but would rather return to the Bethalto location in the future, if necessary.
