Personnel were compassionate, easy to talk to, good listeners and worked in a timely manner. I was very impressed with Brandi. She seemed dedicated , very knowledgeable, and truly concerned with my situation.

I was very impressed from the time I made the first phone call for an appointment until I left after my check up. I called back this morning to be sure I understood everything and Brandy was able to talk with me again, and was still just as courteous and friendly as Before. I was very impressed. Brandy Byrd provided excellent care. She was thorough, caring and courteous throughout the entire visit. She also explained everything very well. This is the best experience that I had ever had at a convenient care facility. I live in Godfrey but would rather return to the Bethalto location in the future, if necessary.
