The visit was pleasant, the staff was great.the physician was nice, my needs were met, no complaints great service!

Making an appt. on a weekend was the easiest experience and much appreciated.

The whole team I encountered from the front desk to the NP Ann Byrd, she was excellent

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Clearer direction on how to treat the infection. I.e. should I cover the wound with bandage after applying Mupirocin? “You can” or should I soak it in salt water or plain water? “You can” …no offering of definitive care etc. I just thought a little odd and wish I had asked “what would you do?”
