What could have been done to improve your experience?
Clearer direction on how to treat the infection. I.e. should I cover the wound with bandage after applying Mupirocin? “You can” or should I soak it in salt water or plain water? “You can” …no offering of definitive care etc. I just thought a little odd and wish I had asked “what would you do?”

The medical assistant that was on duty that day was extremely nice, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and caring. NP Ann Byrd was very polite, friendly, nice, knowledgeable, professional, and caring.
