Dr. Matthew Butler is an extremely professional and gifted surgeon. He spent time listening to me without rushing. He carefully explained the procedure and what to expect. I feel honored and grateful for his prompt attention in evaluating and performing surgery. Each person affiliated with HSS, from the valet attendant to the first floor staff to the entire fourth floor team - all did an outstanding job of making me feel like a valued person. Even the calls to set up the appointments with Crystal were handled with courtesy. Dr. George [last name] and his assistant Amanda were professional and outstanding in their skill as well. Lisa took great care to make me feel safe as she prepared me to leave and go to the car post surgery. Her follow up call was not rushed and she made sure all my questions were answered. I could not have had a better experience. On every level, we received the best care! You have my deepest admiration and appreciation.

My positive experience began the moment I arrived, thanks to the front desk receptionist (whose name I unfortunately can’t recall). The staff and the doctor were equally exceptional. I had heard wonderful things about HSS from others, and now I can confidently say I agree.
