My positive experience began the moment I arrived, thanks to the front desk receptionist (whose name I unfortunately can’t recall). The staff and the doctor were equally exceptional. I had heard wonderful things about HSS from others, and now I can confidently say I agree.

Dr. Butler was incredible. He was calm, patient and informative. He explained my injury and treatment options very clearly to me and was sure that I had a good understanding before ending our appointment. He was incredibly respectful surrounding the circumstances of my injury and made me feel heard and important. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone else needing a hand specialist.
