April is very professional!

I felt that she wasn't listening to me and insulted by some things that she said to me and she was not respectful of my feelings

She does a good job I like her.

She also followed through on referring services needed and phoned me with information.

She said she would make a referral for an ultrasound. I have already been contacted, and that appointment has already been set. April's quick action on this is VERY much appreciated!

Like I said just was shocked and how I was handled again I know that I have mental health concerns and I know that I am seen by Mental Health for those concernments and they are well managed so her addressing my mental health diagnosis had nothing to do with why I was seeing her and then even discussing medication she did not want to refill any of my medications nor did she want to even entertain the idea of prescribing me a Gabapentin that I was on in Tennessee but because I had ran out of refills I asked her if she would be willing to write me a prescription for that and she said no so I am again just if it's not a controlled substance up here in Michigan and I use it for pain because of the nodules my lower back pain because I have nodules on my spine and then I also have numbness and tingling that go in my arms my fingers and so if she had just taken a few moments to actually focus on what I needed her to focus on instead of reverting back to my mental health I think maybe we would have been better off and maybe we would have gotten things set up better I don't really know because again her answer to everything was let's wait for all the medical records to come back and then we'll go from there and also I didn't understand why I was signing a medical release form for my mental health records when again I'm not being seen for her for mental health reasons I was just very disappointed in the professionalism I have not been treated this way in a very long time by a medical professional and it is a huge disappointment to see that we are in the year 2025 and some people still act like we're in the year 1995
