Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The entire staff from radiology to the medical staff and Dr Busse. Everything went like a well oiled machine. Dr Busse is very knowledgeable on joint replacement.

Dr. Busse is very focused on my care. I'm in good hands. The admin staff were also very helpful and patient focused.

Dr Busse took the time to listen, explained my condition and made a recommendation of referral to another Doctor who will be able to address my condition. It has been my experience in the past that getting set up with a referral takes months. I’m very happy that his office followed up so quickly with getting the referral set up.

Dr. Busse greeted me with a friendly smile and a handshake. He proceeded with questions and listened patiently. Then he explained my condition and gave me options. He explained the procedure for the injection.

Dr. Busse took his time explaining what was going on with my hip and knee. Never felt rushed. Appreciate getting a steroid shot in the knee, it made huge difference walking up and down steps at work today.

Personal attention. Very likable doctor. He was honest telling me that surgery wouldn’t help my butt pain. I respect his honesty and like Dr Busse very much.

Doctor Busse is always extraordinary. I am so glad he is my doctor for my shoulder surgery. I had an excellent recover of my shoulder surgery on the right that he did. Now my left shoulder also needs replaced so he is the one to do it. He is very friendly and and listened to what I had to say.

Dr. Busse is an excellent Orthopedic Surgeon. His bedside manner is calm, considerate, friendly and informative. He truly cares about his patients. He takes his time and appears to really enjoy what he does. Excellent Doctor and I would definitely refer family & friends to him.
