I feel like my doctor was rushing me out and not letting me me explain the pain or discomfort I was experiencing and I was trying to let him know it was getting worse but he seemed like he did not care seem like he was upset to see me for some reason and he seemed like he didn’t want to work with me and only wanted to work on older projects

Dr Busse bedside manner is excellent. He answers all my questions. He explained very well what my options are to repair my right knee.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Waiting time to see Dr Busse post op was about 1 hr. Waiting time for consultation in May was significantly less.

Dr. Busse is very insightful, patient, a careful listener, and extremely polite. I feel like I’m his only patient. He practices the humanistic side of medicine. I refer people to him anytime someone seeks an orthopedic physician. I think the metro east is very lucky to have him. Thank you Dr Busse!

I love my dr this is my first time to feel comfortable and be great taking care of and understanding everything I also give this name to most of my friends to come see him he the one I fully trust and I am very hard to deal with because I have bad experiences before he is the best

It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Busse. He was very knowledgeable and professional regarding my knee pain and treatment. I also liked that he offered to see me in a couple of months to follow up on my knees and look into my hip pain.

I waited an hour in the exam room for my appointment. Someone could have come to explain the delay. It would have reassured me that I wasn’t overlooked.
