I thought Dr. Buss's communication skills were excellent. I thought he was sincere, genuine, and truly empathetic. I would recommend him to anyone based on even just one experience.

The staff themselves were very helpful and friendly. And Dr. Bussey, there's not enough words. He listens. That is what's most important. He listens and he talks to you and talks and educates you about what's going on with your body. I really appreciated him greatly. Thank you.

I felt very comfortable and was told and showed in booklet how everything will work for my hip replacement . Thought that was awfully nice. Professional and caring staff.

I felt very comfortable, very professional climate, very courteous, one of the best experiences I've ever had in the medical field. I refer them highly to anybody, at any time. Great experience. I've had no problems since I've had it done. The procedure has gone very well and simply outstanding. Thank you.

I did not have to wait and was able to get the medication I needed right away. I am so grateful for the care and concern of the staff and Lucy Elliottl.. who is wonderful!

Dr.Busse and his staff are excellent at what they do. When they say to come 15 minutes early it’s because they see you promptly, many times I’ve been seen before my appointment time. I completely trust him to help and give me honest advice on any issue I’m having.

I really appreciated the fact that the staff was very quick about getting me in to see Dr. Bussey and I appreciated the fact that he called me personally with my CT scan results to let me know how things were going. Really did appreciate that.

Excellent care. Exceeded my expectations. Everyone was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from the front desk to the back office medical assistant to Dr. Busse. The doctor has been thorough and patient with me, yet efficient, at each visit. I felt like I was in control of my care. He gave me information, recommendations and then options. I was sure I would need surgery but he fixed my shoulder with a couple of shots and referral to physical therapy. He's caring and pleasant, as is all the staff. I highly recommend Dr. Busse and his office to anyone needing a orthopedic care.

I am beyond heartbroken and sad.
I have brought up the issue of severe hip pain, unevenness in my legs causing me to lose my balance and fall. My concerns fell on deaf ear.

Dr Busse and PA Hahn are great. The listen to my concerns answered my questions and took the time to make sure I understood the care plan. Highly recommend them for the Orthopedic needs!

Dr Busse is a top surgeon, I experienced little pain if any and he was spot on describing the after surgery and recovery. Everyone I encountered was polite and friendly. I highly recommend them to address your ailments.

Everything was excellent beginning, the nurs, and the doctor. Everything was excellent.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I know the doctor is super busy and he seeing a lot of patients the time between when he left to tell me he was coming back and the time he came back was probably 15 minutes. I think he had a patient in between, which is fine. But that was a long time to wait.

Staff has been fantastic, professional and explain things on your level so you understand it well. Present multiple options for care with the pro and cons of each. Are vested in your treatment.

Overall visit was good. Doctor seemed rushed but there were a lot of patients at the same time. So it’s understandable. I just wished there were more explanation for the cause and prevention for my problem area.

This office is so special, everyone is so nice and they work hard to not have you wait long. Dr. Busse is the best at what he does and his goal is to make you feel better. I would recommend him to anyone needing ortho care.
