Dr. Steffes rates very highly in my opinion due to his relateability and clear mastery of his craft.

Bert was a busy fellow and popped in and out of the surgical suite to attend to others. I didn't know sometimes if he was in the room or not as I talked.

He was very professional and made me feel at ease considering the procedure I was about to undergo. MOHS surgery on my upper lip was a bit frightening not knowing how much skin was going to need to be removed. In the end, it all went well and was cleared after just one removal of tissue. Would recommend him to anyone needing this procedure done. I also liked that he had music playing while doing the procedure. He did ask if I was ok with it and the music selection prior to starting. Though it was a bit of a distraction while he was talking about what was going to take place during the procedure.

He played great music to take my mind off the needle poking. He was very knowledgeable when it came to music, farming. He explained the procedure very well.
