Lisa was very attentive and listened to my concerns. I even asked a few questions about a skin issue that wasn’t necessarily related to my RA.

NP Lisa Burnitt is a very compassionate medical caregiver. I trust she is always seeking the best treatment and management of my condition. She is thorough and helpful, making sure I always understand the plan and the expected outcomes. Excellent!

Yes! Lisa Burnitt NP is a fantastic np! She is very caring and explains things very well! She has a great personality and she is very relatable. She takes the stress off of your encounter. We need more people like her!

I appreciated the time! Plenty of time was given for questions and answers. Genuinely listened and provided suggestions. Great appointment. I had never done an online video/audio appointment. The connection was very clear.

Lisa Burnitt always talks in plain English so that you understand her answers and direction for when you leave. She never makes you feel beneath her and takes the time to answer any question or concern I may have.

Lisa and staff always go above and beyond. I drive over an hour to get to my appt and knowing I’ll be taken good care of makes t an easy drive and I don’t like to drive long distances.

Lisa Burnitt NP was great to deal with. She exuded confidence and extensive knowledge in her field and made me feel welcome, comforted and empowered after this being the first time I’ve met with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a rheumatologist.

Lisa Burnett is so knowledgeable and informative about rheumatology care as well as the multiple autoimmune issues I have. She is a good listener and able to make adjustments to my treatment and prescribe a new medication to my routine to solve some of the problems that brought on this appointment. Many doctors and medical personnel I’ve seen over the years don’t have a working knowledge and real understanding of complex conditions such as mine and it was quite refreshing and it made me feel very comfortable in her care.

What is so amazing is the fact that she isn’t afraid to follow through on an issue that is out of her required field BUT a true issue with me as a patient suffering right now and having difficulties getting answers or solutions!!

I greatly appreciated the NPs bedside manner. Even though we’re pretty sure nothing rheumatologic is going on, I appreciate her so much for double checking and just being so proactive and understanding.
