Lisa is very thorough. She is informative and truly invested in my health and well being. I found myself in a health situation that needed addressing before I traveled. She not only got me in the office but gave me directions to be sure I would enjoy my trip. Sure was spot on! A pain free weekend and good mobility in my knee. She's a true guardian of care.

I met with the Nurse Practitioner for the first time. She was excellent and I felt answered my questions and listened far better than past visits with the doctor. I was seeking a possible new doctor but will give this office another chance because of Lisa.

Lisa listened carefully to my long list of issues and discussed a plan to deal with each one. She was very thorough and included my husband in our discussion, which he very much appreciated. She spent all the time we needed to address all concerns. I’m so thankful that I’ve found this group of doctors!!!

Lisa Burnitt, NP as usual, treated me with respect and kindness. She not only hears but listens quite well…even between the lines. She’s taken the time to “know” Me. Very explanatory and covered all the bases of what’s happening in my body. She treats me as a human being and not just another body or statistic. She also made very sure I knew how to follow-up with the various medical staff & procedures each would perform. Very thorough and printed out all referrals needed so that there was no room for error. My NP firmly but nicely placed me on “Straight Street” and made sure I understood what I needed to do on My behalf. She also made sure that I had refills of medication as well as thoroughly explaining the Infusion and the Protocol(s) involved (tests and vaccine updates). Our visit was very helpful and very informative. Overall, the visit was great!

Lisa was exceptional. This was my first visit with her. I felt comfortable from the moment she introduced herself.She listened to me and responded to my questions and concerns. She was Professional and personal. The person who came with me was equally impressed with Lisa. She was the whole package. It is rare to experience this. She is a keeper!

Lisa Burnett NP is very courteous, knowledgeable, caring, and goes out of her way to help you understand medical terms and conditions. I had a test taken by another doctor, results were posted on My Chart, but I could not interpret them. She took time to explain them to me and made sure all my questions were answered.

Dr. Lisa and the staff were extremely friendly & welcoming. This was my first visit to the office and it went extremely smooth. I felt heard and feel good about the options for my plan of care. Dr. Lisa made me feel like I was a vital part of the next steps in my care.

The patience that Miss Burnett is outstanding. She doesn’t stop with one question but digs deep until she finds the answer or solution and is extremely fast in response to blood tests results, etc I just love the Rheumatology department doing and feeling so much better with their care !!
