Dr. Burnett is the best doctor I've had over my many Years! I have moved from the Maryland area to West Hartford and Travel down to see him for this appointment. I am very distressed that I may have to find a new neurologist going forward.

Dr Burnett is an outstanding doctor and surgeon. He successfully performed two surgeries on me. He is very sincere, thorough and reassuring. He explains complex medical issues in understandable terms. My wife and I are blessed he provides care to me. He is one of the finest doctors we have ever met
