I have recently transferred my care to your facility. When Nicole came in, she introduced herself and went over everything. She was very meticulous and made sure she understood my concerns. She listened and asked follow up questions. She was so genuine in her actions to help me find a plan and allowed me to be an active participant. I have never received better care than I did that day. I’m so thankful for her and the entire team. I feel so much better about my situation and plan to become healthier. My outlook on healthcare has been changed for the better. I have been changed for the better and I myself am a healthcare worker.

Nicole was excellent. They were busy and she apologized for running late and then did not act rushed. She listened, asked questions and provided a plan to address my issues like she had plenty of time for me. The best medical experience I have had in a while with actual steps to hopefully figure out what’s going on.

In general, the staff I interacted with were wonderful. I have medical trauma that used to make going to the doctor incredibly nerve wracking but because of Nicole and the rest of the team I actually look forward to doctors visits and am excited about working on making my health better for the first time ever.

Nicole Burdge has been a wonderful support in my long and constant search for what was causing me discomfort. She always asks, listens and responds with my best interest in mind. I always feel heard and always know she is very thorough in her assessments giving me many options to fit my personal needs. I couldn’t be happier with the care she provides and know I am in great hands with any health related needs.

I'm someone who experienced medical trauma at a young age so doctors make me incredibly nervous. This is the first visit I've had with a medical professional where I didn't leave feeling like I was going to cry and not only that but I left feel positive about my care plan- excited because I was included in the discussion and choices for once.

the whole experience was excellent. Nicole was wonderful. She’s very personable and listened to my concerns. She showed me empathy and understanding for my conditions. Serval treatment options were discussed. I felt that my opinion was valued. Nicole also provided me with serval resources that were more holistic, which I appreciated. Excellent provider.
