To repeat: I have previously dealt with Dr. Travis and Dr. Kaiser. Both of them have been great doctors and good people to deal with. Looks to me like Dr. Buckler fits right in on both counts

As I stated Dr Buckler is amazing, but I don't trust the billing there. I am always being asked for additional funds even when I pay outside of insurance. When I question things I get multiple answers. I can't go to a place I don't trust to bill me fairly and accurately!

The only other feedback I have is that I found a couple of errors on my after-care notes, and I sent a message to correct those. I do not know if Dr. Buckler or another staff member prepares those.

11's. I live in Grandville but still drive all the way across town to see him. I've even tried others, but keep going back. He listens, he works with you on the treatment plan. He takes the time to truly understand where you are coming from. He doesn't jut throw pills at you and move to the next patient. He always presents multiple options to consider. He's personable and friendly.

I'm very happy with the care received. My only feedback is that when I do send a message through mychart to Dr. Buckler's office, it seems to take a very long time to get a response. This has happened a couple times, so it feels more like a systemic thing rather than a one off late response. Please know this is just feedback and not a complaint. I appreciate everything Dr. B does!
