Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Nurse Kimberly Buck consistently provides great care! I always have peace when meeting with her. She makes me feel comfortable to share anything. She remembers things about me personally, which is reassuring. She listens. She involves me in care options and decisions. It is truly a blessing to have her as my NP!

The nurse that took me back to the room and the NP Kimberly I saw were incredibly kind. Kimberly took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns and I feel very validated and heard. Most of the time I don’t get that respect from doctors because my condition is complex and difficult to understand/treat. I will definitely be seeing her again, I appreciated her more than words can describe. I hope she continues to provide excellent care and take note of concerns for all future patients the way she did for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better appointment. Thank you Kimberly

Yes NP.Buck is awesome she always informs me in detail about my health issues. She explains on a level that I understand symptoms and treatment options. She went above and beyond to get the paperwork from another provider at an outside facility to make sure everything was addressed during my visit there. She makes me feel like a family member with calm demeanor and professionalism.

I saw Kim that day. She is always upbeat and happy. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood. She took all the time necessary to do that. I never felt rushed. She's great!

There’s nothing that they could’ve did no better than what they’re doing. The facility is nice and clean respectful staff on time in and out they care about our welfare while we there can they get anything for you? They go beyond they expectations

In addition to Dr. Buck, the care that I was given when making the appointment was exceptional. The care that I continue to receive from BJC is excellent; typical for a BJC facility.

The visit was what I expected. No improvements in this area are needed at this time.

I have a lot of issues that tend to be complex in nature. I always feel like both NP Buck and staff are attentive, listen , act quickly when necessary. They are very knowledgeable and I always feel confident when I leave that they have set up a plan that will allow them to figure out what is wrong and how to best fix it.

Ms. Buck is the kind of Nurse Practioner that everyone deserves to have at their appointment. She is intelligent, kind, positive, uplifting and has a great spirit. I was blessed to be able to see her.

Dr. Kim Buck is very caring and kind. She is knowledgeable, provides complete, understandable explanations and options. She follows up as soon as results are avaliable. It was helpful to have my blood work done before the visit so we could discuss my progress and evaluate.

Kimberly Buck was very good in communicating with me about things such as how to deal with my GI issues by eating less dairy, and taking probiotics. And I was comfortable speaking with her about embarrassing issues like diarrhea.

Kimberly was upbeat and interest in wanting to run addt'l test to make sure there's nothing underlying restored my faith. I was in the process of finding a different PCP.

I had a 0730 appointment and arrived at 0715 as instructed, didn’t get called back until 0740 and did not see the nurse practitioner until almost 0800. I was the first person in the waiting area. I don’t think it should have taken so long.

Overall the staff treated me very well and listen to what I was saying.

I have no complaints about my care in regard to my visit, staff was very attentive. The whole facility was well organized and the restrooms were clean.

Nurse Practitioner Buck is awesome. She’s friendly, takes her time with examining you. She tells and explains all upcoming annual exams needed. Ms.Buck asks questions and listens to what you have to say and concerns. She’s very encouraging and makes visits so pleasant. The nursing staff is wonderful, helpful, understanding and courteous. Excellent group of people.

Dr Buck is a wonderful provider. I was very stressed during my visit in June/July. She was empathetic, solutions focused, and very kind. Aug appointment was a follow up visit.
