NP Kimberly Buck provided excellent care for me during my scheduled appointment. I felt like she REALLY listened to me, responded to my concerns, in both a professional way that made me feel confident of the medical recommendations that she made, and also in a very warm, human way that impressed me greatly, and was easily as important to me in this instance as professional medical advice. I felt seen, heard, respected, and that she was 100% present with me, unhurriedly, to respond to my concerns that I expressed at the visit. She listened to my feedback about her recommendations, and let me have a say in our plan for my care for this concern and moving forward. She provided me with additional resources to access urgent care going forward, which makes me feel empowered to get my needs met in any future instances that require access to urgent care outside of office hours. In short, she just really showed up for me at a time that I really needed it, and I feel fortunate to be in her care.

I am so grateful to Kim Buck and her care. She and Dr are an amazing team and I owe much of my excellent health to the two of them. Kim always listens carefully to my notes about what's going on, has excellent suggestions for next steps and sees that I'm set up for any medical follow-through I need.
