Kim is a helpful NP ordering tests quickly that I wouldn't have thought of. I felt my issue was not only thoroughly addressed, but in a deeper way that gave me hope that it could be resolved. She's a keeper!

They need to work on being on time for appointments. If I am late I have to hear you have to reschedule and pay for a missed appointment. I feel I should get paid for having to wait 30 minutes plus pass my appointment time.

Kim Buck is so professional knowledgeable and caring! She listen makes plan of care with my input . Kim and all staff I encountered on my visit were efficient, professional and caring.. I am grateful for for all of the staff who provide excellent care!

NP Buck has always read all medical history before she sees patients and will summarize it while explaining. She is very warm and compassionate while taking time with me as a patient. She is relatable and professional. No white coat syndrome. She makes patients feel at ease to communicate.

The visits was very nice. I just didn't understand when the doctor was reading the paperwork what was wrong with me. Some of what she was saying was over my head.

BJC is one of the best hospitals that I ever have been seen at and the staff treated me extremely well. Practitioner Kimberly Buck is a fine practitioner with Dr. Tracy Norfleet and their staff, the entire staff. BJC Medical Group is the number one in my book. Thank you.
