NP Buck has always read all medical history before she sees patients and will summarize it while explaining. She is very warm and compassionate while taking time with me as a patient. She is relatable and professional. No white coat syndrome. She makes patients feel at ease to communicate.

The visits was very nice. I just didn't understand when the doctor was reading the paperwork what was wrong with me. Some of what she was saying was over my head.

BJC is one of the best hospitals that I ever have been seen at and the staff treated me extremely well. Practitioner Kimberly Buck is a fine practitioner with Dr. Tracy Norfleet and their staff, the entire staff. BJC Medical Group is the number one in my book. Thank you.

Nurse Kimberly Buck consistently provides great care! I always have peace when meeting with her. She makes me feel comfortable to share anything. She remembers things about me personally, which is reassuring. She listens. She involves me in care options and decisions. It is truly a blessing to have her as my NP!

The nurse that took me back to the room and the NP Kimberly I saw were incredibly kind. Kimberly took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns and I feel very validated and heard. Most of the time I don’t get that respect from doctors because my condition is complex and difficult to understand/treat. I will definitely be seeing her again, I appreciated her more than words can describe. I hope she continues to provide excellent care and take note of concerns for all future patients the way she did for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better appointment. Thank you Kimberly

Yes NP.Buck is awesome she always informs me in detail about my health issues. She explains on a level that I understand symptoms and treatment options. She went above and beyond to get the paperwork from another provider at an outside facility to make sure everything was addressed during my visit there. She makes me feel like a family member with calm demeanor and professionalism.

I saw Kim that day. She is always upbeat and happy. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood. She took all the time necessary to do that. I never felt rushed. She's great!

There’s nothing that they could’ve did no better than what they’re doing. The facility is nice and clean respectful staff on time in and out they care about our welfare while we there can they get anything for you? They go beyond they expectations
