Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
My experience was incredible. Both Becky and her nurse went out of their way to hear what I was trying to say, communicated back my concerns for confirmation, and developed a course of treatment. This was my first visit at this facility, but I will return in the future.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
In this particular instance, I can’t imagine what the staff could’ve done to improve my visit.

Everybody that i deslth with was quick and efficient. I have started using BJC because of Becky joining BJC. I am not disappointed!

Rebecca Buchanan and her nurse are by far the most caring people i have come to know. They deliver excellent professional care and also give the feeling of belonging in their care. Outstanding team outstanding staff.

Everyone at this facility was super friendly and kind, Mrs Buchanan... they were all so kind and understanding! I am very thankful.

Rebecca Buchanan NP and her nurse are extraordinary! Their concern for the patient is very evident. Both listened intently, asked questions beyond the required questions on the computer to ensure they understood health history, etc., and were very pleasant to talk with. Excellent health care providers! I’m so grateful they joined the BJC team at Parkland!
