The receptionist, Karen, was extremely kind and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me and helped me get my new patient information completed.

The doctor was able to explain the surgery and his nurse practitioner was able to explain the procedure for healing and what to look out for and what I needed to do after the surgery and was able to understand that the sooner the better for my surgery

Yes, his understanding of my pain during the procedure and his giving me a little extra numbing of my left toe, was very much appreciated.

The doctor and all of his staff were very attentive to my needs and very caring. I value that very much and appreciate them so much.

Yes, the outcome of my partial plantar fascia release and tarsal tunnel release has been excellent. I no longer have prolonged numbness when I stand for extended periods. The only issue that I have remaining with my foot is a small amount of pain on the outside of my foot that is related to my sciatic nerve due to a prior back injury. I could not have asked for a better outcome for my foot following Dr. McKenna's surgery.

Dr. McKenna and his nurse were both fantastic made me feel totally comfortable. Ask all of my concerns gave me very clear explanations on what to do when I got home. It was a great experience.

Dr. McKenna listens to his patients. He is thorough asking questions about your condition. He looks at all aspects of your overall health. He is very professional, but also personable.

Dr. McKenna is an exceptional doctor. He did more for me in 1 day than several doctors have in the 6 months I have been reaching out searching for answers about my feet. I cannot thank him enough.

Dr Mckenna and his staff are amazing. He has a heart of gold so much compassion and caring not to mention his knowledge he carries with him all the time I would not see anyone else nor would I recommend anyone else.

I was very impressed with the care and professionalism shown to me by Doctor McKenna. He was very patient with me and answered all of my concerns. Never did I feel rushed. I will definitely recommend Doctor McKenna and Thibodaux Regional Foot & Ankle Center to my family and friends. I ALREADY HAVE !!!

From the moment I walked into the office not one time did I not feel that I was the most important patient they had. From the receptionist, x-ray, medical assistant, doctor, nurse and check out they welcomed me with a smile. Dr. McKenna is an amazing doctor. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends. He is blessed to have such an amazing staff. Thank you for such a great experience. Oh, by the way, he addressed my issue and look forward to the follow up.

This was my first time there. Didn’t expect the experience would be that great. The dr and his staff couldn’t have been more caring and kind to me . I will recommend Dr McKenna to anyone that needs help with there feet. Excellent experience!!!

Got a steroid shot in my big toe that I didn’t feel at all. And it resolved my pain. Wish I had done this a while back for pain relief.
