Staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. Dr Casteigne was very attentive and discussed all my questions with knowledge and patience.. showing me my MRI images and offering his best explanations and advice. Wonderful.

Dr Bryce know how to explain things to me .He knows his job and good with people. Also the the people in blood works are good.

Dr. Bryce Casteigne is an outstanding doctor. He is empathetic yet very clear on explaining what is going on health wise. Very informative, very caring attitude, very helpful. He is a tremendous asset to this community. He comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Excellent individualized care. I have told many people about his excellent care as well as Ms Lisa his nurse-outstanding!! Always follows through on communication with any concerns and Dr. Casteigne promptly responds. I have referred and continue to refer patients to him..

The whole visit from start to finish, I felt the staff and doctor was very outstanding. I felt that they truly cared for me, take the time for me and not rush out and they take pride in their work!! Thank you Dr. Casteigne and staff!!

The care of the doctor and nurse was so overwhelming that it showed me that they go way beyond what you would imagine they are the best and they don’t just look at the patient with care they look at their family with care too they make sure you understand what the next step in the patient care and let you know that they going to be there for every step with you I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a neurologist they not just doing their job they go way out more then what the job title is

Everything was outstanding!!! Very thorough & compassionate physician. Listened to concerns , responses were very informative, concerns addressed with empathy. Very knowledgeable in his field. Staff (MA Lisa) was also great !!!

Miss Lisa was very kind. She was very knowledgeable in everything that she did with me and taking my vitals. She went over my list of medications and made sure they had a complete list. She was very caring and I appreciate that. I appreciate how Dr. Casteigne took his time in talking with me about my condition and the new treatment that he will put me on. He never rushed me. He took his time and listened to me and what I had to say. Dr Casteigne is a great doctor, to me

The environment was excellent. I felt at ease coming into office and seeing nothing but smiles. Dr. Bryce was very on target. He explained everything and his nurse did too.

When Lisa the nurse came in she introduced herself. That does not happen in doctor offices. I even thanked her for doing that. It shows respect and caring. The doctor was equally impressive with understanding and care. Introducing himself as well. Loved the visit. Confident about treatment and diagnosis

Dr. Bryce was very knowledgeable, respectful, understanding, compassionate, and gave me the time we needed to have a great first visit. I felt comfortable right away, and knew he was the doctor I needed to get answers for my questions, and start me on my path of recovery. I am looking forward to my upcoming visits with Dr. Bryce.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
I understand that there are steps and if i could have gotten mri, bloodwork, and neurological psych test done and gotten results in one day, which i know is impossible. That would have been the only thing. All joking aside. It was a great consolation and first visit. I feel i am in good hands!

Dr. Bryce spent an hour with me truly listening to my history and issues then completed testing in the office suggesting further testing to get a clearer picture of the issues. I’ve already recommended to several people and will continue to.
