I would like to spend a little more time going over my lab work to explain some of the test that showed either low or high so I understand them. I try to follow these very closely.

Whenever I have a question Dr. Mutchler explains the answer to me in layman's terms. He doesn't use big words that I would then need an explanation on. He has a sense of humor that helps making talking to him even easier.

My visit with Dr Mutchler was my annual well check. Having no issues, just went in for usual yearly visit. I had recently last Fall signed up for a Marketplace insurance policy, and after my labs and brief visit with Dr Mutchler, I found out that Dr Mutchler was out of the network of the policy written for me. I have received a letter from Wellmark stating such. Even though Dr Mutchler takes Blue Cross Blue Shield and Wellmark, I was hoping to get some type of credit toward the almost $600 for labs and brief visit. I was devastated to learn this insurance I secured before I qualified for Medicare in September of this year would be covered. I have spoken to both the office and the hospital billing regarding my issue. I will continue to see Dr Mutchler regardless, as he is a great physician.

He listened and was very considerate . I had to rescedule because of bad weather I could not get out. They worked me in so I did not have to wait along time to get in.

Again - the doctor and nursing staff are excellent - the receptionists are not customer service oriented in my opinion. A little kindness would go a long way.
