I very much appreciate being able to send a note to Doc on my Genesis Portal and Doc getting back to me in a short period of time. In the past I have called the office, talked to who ever answered with my question and it has taken a day or two before I get a reply. With the portal system I feel that I am Doc's only patient, I know that's not true, but that is how I feel with his fairly rapid replies.
