Dr Pack is very knowledgeable and skilled. Also personable. Took plenty of time with appt. I was taken in on time and everything was accomplished efficiently. I feel I am in good hands for my upcoming surgery.

Very professional and friendly, explains your diagnosis so that it’s easy to understand. Dr. Pack did my first knee replacement 12 years ago and it was great, therefore I traveled from Grand Rapids to Livonia to have him diagnose my other knee!

This doctor has a great bedside manner explained things in a caring way that I could understand and took the time I needed I went out of there feeling better than when I went in I would highly recommend him he's very smart and kind

It would highly recommend him he has a great bedside manner and addressed all of my concerns and explain things in a way I could understand and he didn't seem like he was in a rush he seemed like he was genuinely caring for my well-being

Dr.Pack and physician assistant was very nice and made me feel comfortable they explained my opinions and I was very pleased with the service I received from them with a Smile. Great eye contact, great bedside well chair side manner lol… I’m glade to have the whole team in charge of my care.

Wait time needs work. Dr. Pack spent time with me and didn’t make me feel rushed. But there was a long wait until he first came in the room. Maybe schedule a little farther apart. He was wonderful!

I systematically interviewed surgeons and then veted them by speaking with physical therapists. The majority of those who would answer said it was Byan Pack who they would recommend to a relative or see themselves. Dr Pack proved to be data based and a superb surgeon but also a physician in the sense that he treats the whole person with warmth and compassion. His team reflects that as well.

Dr. Bryan Pack is cutting edge in orthopedic care and surgery. He’s also compassionate, intelligent, TrueType cares about his patients giving them the best care possible. He listens to our concerns, fears, gives options explaining each, NEVER has “one foot out the door”! He’s amazing and well worth driving 2.25 hours one way to remain his patient!
