Wait time to be taken back was less than 5 minutes. I was greeted by a sweet woman who took me back. I waited less than 5 minutes for Dr. Smelser. He was engaged and ask me questions about my conditions. He offered possible solutions. He spent time with me and we had an excellent visit. I left with a couple of referrals to see other areas of UAB. If you need a great doctor, see Dr. Smelser. Very kind and offers solutions. The staff is great too!

I like the way Dr. Massey and Dr. ( ) were very thorough and patient. Also very profane straight forward and honest about the plan to better my dads health

It was very efficient and well organized appointment. The doctor and his staff also spent the appropriate amount of time with me.

Everyone was very kind. Dr. Smelser and the resident doctor were both wonderful.

Overall the visit was satisfactory. It did appear that Dr Smelser’s assistant, based on some of her questions and comments, had not properly prepared for the visit.

I wasn't pleased with check out. They told me to go to the checkout in the back then the back told me to go to checkout in the front. It seemed like no one wanted to work. So I just walked away.
