The staff was very nice and helpful. My wait time was only 10-15 minutes. I was very pleased with that. The nurse and the doctor were very attentive. I felt like they actually listened to my concerns. Overall, I had a great experience. Not only will I be back if the need arises, but will also highly recommend. Thank you so much for the great experience during my time of need. A++++++

I was originally suppose to be seen in the MOD clinic but the young lady who scheduled my appointment put it in for the incorrect time, I was disappointed with that because the doctor refused to see me. So I was left with no choice but to be seen through urgent care. I understand that those that schedule appointments work from home and I'm sure get easily distracted, but such instances can cause a major inconvenience for others. Still I was pleased with my overall visit.

The clinic staff (Aaliyah [ ] & Dr. Brunda Revanna) X-rays and ultrasound staff are caring, understanding, thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable they gave me the best care while at Cooper Green 💚. Now that pharmacy needs a little work in those areas. I hope my opinion helps someone in the pharmacy be their better self and for the others keep doing what you're doing.

Need more providers to help out with the patient's needs better. My provider didn't do anything about my knee pain but subscribe me some pain pills, I thought she would have gave me a knee brace to stabilize my knee but she didn't.

The staff was very courteous & professional upon my recent visit. My healthcare concerns for Urgent Care were acknowledged & addressed by the healthcare staff. Communication skills to my healthcare concerns & healthcare plan was very effective. I appreciate the entire healthcare & medical staff for prioritizing affordable healthcare.

I appreciate the professionalism that staff offers. It’s clean. The Urgent Care doctor Dr. B. Revanna is super nice and very professional, awesome bedside manners. The wait is not long to be seen. The patient rep up front that checks you in is sooo sweet and kind. She is very very carrying. Cooper Green is conveniently located near my home at most 6 minutes away.
