Need him to authorize prescription and submit to my insurance company. The pharmacy tried to charge me full price out-of-pocket because medicine was not authorized by Dr. Pehl. The office does not follow through well with prescriptions! Saw a similar experience with diabetic strips which they could never get approved but with previous doctor it was always prescribed and used. I have no way to test my blood sugar and am type 2 diabetic!

It may be beneficial to invest in an automated blood pressure device. Doubtful the standard process was used to measure it manually.

He always listens to my concerns and helps find best solution for me. He never seems rushed (even though I know he busy). He makes sure he answered all my questions and concerns.
