What else would you like to say about your experience?
This is my second virtual visit with Zandra Brown. She is professional and considerate. I was very pleased with the visit and care I received.

Sandra was great. She was very attentive, very compassionate, and very helpful, and offered some solutions. The wait time was extremely way too long. That's the only thing that I didn't like. The wait time was very long.

Everyone a was so helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Their interactions were above my expectations.

Nobody treated me like I was a pain for calling in the wee hours. I think everybody was outstanding.

Zandra Brown NP was Excellent !!!! And Staff were very kind and professional. I am grateful that the facility is available to the public

She was very helpful in trying to help me with being able to get financial assistance with my medication. She was the nicest person I have ever encountered on a visit like this.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The nurse practitioner Zandrs Brown was outstanding. She definitely was extraordinary. This was my first experience during the virtual care visit with BJC Medical group, and I must say I was very very pleased with the outcome.
