Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
She was very helpful in trying to help me with being able to get financial assistance with my medication. She was the nicest person I have ever encountered on a visit like this.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The nurse practitioner Zandrs Brown was outstanding. She definitely was extraordinary. This was my first experience during the virtual care visit with BJC Medical group, and I must say I was very very pleased with the outcome.

She just had no problem, explaining all my questions and the procedures and giving me information on the medication I was taking and even possible side effects and questions that I had about things that didn’t even relate to my visit that was done that day

There is absolutely nothing more. She could’ve done to improve the visit because it was superb.

Everyone was great. I hate when I'm sick but love that I dont have to waste my day in urgent care. Ive always gotten right in and out.

I have never been so sick in my life and being able to do a video chat with NP Z. Brown was a ray of hope. She was kind and professional and helped me get the medicine I needed to feel better. Thank you!
