I had a telephone appointment with Dr. Brown. He listened to my symptoms and recommended that I go on antibiotics for a sinus infection. He called in a prescription, I picked it up and started taking it. After 3 doses I feel better already. Thank you for making it easy for me (an older patient).

I had a really good experience. They asked me at the beginning of the visit if I could, if I had a primary care physician and I answered that I did not. I was curious if I could have Dr. Richard Brown be my primary care physician, but I'm not sure if that's going to happen or whatever, but I'd like to schedule a follow-up physical in a year from now with him, because I enjoyed the experience so much.

Aside from lack of free parking, every person involved with my check in and follow up care was wonderful. Dr. Brown in particular was kind, charming, humorous, thorough, a great listener, and a delight to work with. Many thanks to him and the clinic/hospital staff!

Everyone in the clinic was great. The front desk, intake nurse and Dr. Brown. I'm grateful to have found a regular clinic for my preventative care visits.

I appreciated how Dr. Brown was personable even though I've never seen him before. And I appreciate learning that there are two different types of the medication that I could take and that it would depend on what the pharmacy's contract is with a drug company that will determine which one I can get. I didn't know that. Now I'm waiting on pre-authorization, I think is what it's called, to get this medication from my pharmacy. I don't really know the process of how that works, but I believe mHealth has already been notified and it's kind of processing. So I guess I just didn't know what to expect for how long to wait to get a prescription.

Dr. Richards was really nice, somewhat humorous, and listened to all the concerns that I had and assured me that we were going to get everything figured out, was very knowledgeable about all the questions that I had asked. And just overall, a very nice, sweet person. He seems like the type of person that listens to his patients. So I enjoyed him. I definitely would recommend him to other people. He was really nice, and the nurses that brought me back was really nice as well.

I was impressed with the comfort and accessibility of the facilities I used. Even the chairs in the examine room were comfortable and spacious, which is not always the case.

My wait time was really long to see my provider. He was behind, so I could see him an hour after my check-in time.

Yeah, the doctor was actually pretty smart and intelligent and he actually went above and beyond what I thought was going to actually happen and yeah, I'd recommend it to anybody.

The virtual visit with Mr. Brown was excellent. It came in clutch with my mom. She's not real ambulatory, so being able to have him on the phone was good.

I couldn't get my camera or microphone to work. Dr. Brown called me and we did my visit. He is very kind and compassionate.

My visit was great. Everyone treated me nicely. My only complaint was the nurse was short and she thinks she put the wrong height. I'm 6'1 and she put in 5'9. That's all.

The doctor was not knowledgeable and didn't provide answers to questions and wasn't able to complete appt bc lack of knowledge on women's health.

For scheduling the time, it's too late to get the appointment for about a month later. I think if you could make it shorter, that would work better.

Dr. Brown was great. Very attentive and helpful to understanding my medical needs and questions. He took the time to help provide examples of his diagnosis with images and was very thoughtful in his deliberation. The person who helped me prior to Dr. Brown entering was also very kind and helpful. It was a great experience and I will definitely be seeking out Dr. Brown and his team again for all future medical needs.

The only drawback was the automated check-in process. I got repeated texts and emails, even after I'd completed everything. It was so annoying it's a disincentive to check in online.

The best thing I have noticed first is the warm welcome and appointment scheduling. The second thing was how I was quickly able to meet the doctor. Thirdly, I met a good doctor that gave attention to all my needs and gave me satisfactory or useful answers.

The doctor seemed distracted or in a bad mood or something. It was difficult to navigate. Then, they ordered blood tests for me to take, but forgot to tell me to go upstairs. I was waiting in the room for about an hour before I left and had some unrelated person help me (who was very helpful).

I waited for the doctor until four o'clock for my 3.15 appointment and apparently he was out to lunch the entire time. He never showed up and I left. I will not be coming back. Goodbye.

Dr. Brown listened to my concerns and I feel gave thoughtful responses. I was happy with how he explained things in a way that I could understand. He also explained the options for various tests to address my concerns.

Had virtual visit and waited 20 minutes for the doctor, not knowing if he'll show up or not. Was about to leave room and doctor showed up and said he was running behind. Would be nice to get a status update instead of just waiting and not knowing.

I was scheduled to see this provider as an OMT , waited over 4 weeks to see them. But when I saw them, they told me they didn't practice as an OMT.

My team today was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I was extremely nervous. They made me feel welcome. They made me feel safe and informed. And the procedure went way better than I had anticipated. I just think they did an amazing job. And I would not hesitate to come back and have Dr. DeCesar and the two other nurses in there with me do a procedure again.
