This was a video visit in an attempt to lower my blood pressure another 10 points in a way that I can live with. NP Brown was polite, listened well, and prescribed something, which I haven't started yet.

Nurse Nicole Brown stood in for [staff] since I needed a pre-op visit in a hurry. I felt like she asked me all the right questions before ordering the EKG She was very responsive to my questions and concerns which allowed me to feel at ease. She was very pleasant and kind to deal with. After I got the EKG done, she sent in the pre-op cardiac clearance that every day.

My cardiologist was on vacation and I have a surgical procedure that I need clearance for right away and Nicole Brown stepped up and was able to clear me for surgery and advised the timing regarding when to stop my blood thinner and supplements, etc. She was able to see the EKG that my PCP did earlier that morning. I appreciate the quick action and spending the time with me.

Nicole Brown demonstrated concern for my health situation and referred to medical notes from both of my Cardiologists. I appreciated this very much as she seemed knowledgeable and and ordered a test STAT In order to get cardiac clearance for my surgery.
