I just think its terrible that I can be 15 mins late due to traffic incident which is out of my control, I was sent away after taking time off of work and driving clear across town all to be turned away. But when I came In for a make up appointment I was on time and ended up waiting 25 minutes to be seen by the Doctor. When I asked her about this I was asked to leave.

She always impresses me with her knowledge of medical conditions. I ask her all kinds of questions and she responds right away almost every time. Once she said, "I'll find out!" I think that's great! It gives you confidence that she won't mislead you.

Dr. Brown is your new family physician. My wife did research to find a good physician since we just relocated to the area. Dr. Brown is a great choice because you can see that she really cares about her patients. Were getting older now and that is important to us that the physician doesn't hurry and listens
