Dr Brown is so pleasant and explains things very well. Her assistant Sierra who took my blood pressure etc. has such a personality that makes you feel comfortable. I have recommended family too who now sees Dr Brown.

Her staff would be the reason. As a RN the whole healthcare system is always failing for reasons not spoken verbally but most of America is watching the deteriorating of our healthcare systems. But these women genuinely want to help people.

Once again knocked it outta the park with friendliness and swift efficiency. Perhaps a bit too swift, though. Sometimes hard to get a few more words in before they wanna leave for their next patient. But that's okay, I over-elaborate and "over-think" too much anyway.

She and her staff are amazing. They are accessible. When you go in they take the time to sit down and listen to any concerns. When you call, any calls are returned in your concerns addressed. They also can be reached through My Chart.
