Laniey Brown is excellent. She makes you feel so welcome and listens to everything you have to say. Takes her time with you and then discusses her findings with you. Her nurse was also very pleasant and courteous.

Lainey listens, makes sure you understand what she tells you. If she doesn't like a certain test or medicine she explains why in detail. I like that. She's gotten me healthier in 3 months!

Lainey and [staff] were not only great but they were excellent! I cannot emphasize that enough. They were personable, friendly, engaging, and they LISTENED which you do not see very much any more. Lainey is hungry, incredibly knowledgeable, and seems to care very much about her patients quality of life. I’m in the healthcare business (paramedic) and I can be pretty critical about my healthcare and they knocked it out of the park.

Lany was awesome, I initially was skeptical about seeing an NP vs the DR, but im so glad I met her and get to work with her. She was kind, spent the time I needed and listened to me finding the beat solution for my concerns while still keeping it patient first driven. Thank you! I appreciate it very much!

Everyone was excellent but, Lainey Brown in particular makes me feel comfortable and heard in a way no other medical professional has before. I have a lot of anxiety and in the past have felt ignored or dismissed. Lainey is wonderful and makes me feel the opposite!

Dr. Brown is the first doctor I’ve had who has actually listened to my concerns as a woman and not just written me off and dismissed me. I know I am a complex case because I’m neurodivergent, hypermobile joints, I have IBS symptoms etc and it’s a lot. Her eyes don’t glaze over as I’m talking to her about my body and she refers me to specialists over my concerns which really is a first for me. I feel very cared for!!

She is awesome! Is the first time I've seen a medical professional where I felt completely comfortable knowing that I was going to be taken care of I am so grateful that I got in to see her and that I switched my primary care provider.

The nurse and Lainey were super friendly and super well informed. I wasn't made to feel shamed for my A1C or weight.

Laney was incredible!! She had an intelligent conversation with me about treatment options. She always made sure to address to my concerns and treatment ideas with respect would explain why it would or would not work. Feeling heard by someone that is in charge of your Healthcare plan is an incredible weight off my shoulders. I know she will not dismiss my ideas or concerns with a condescending attitude, making you feel helpless. Having serious concerns about medical symptoms and being dismissed with an air of arrogance can be soul crushing. I will absolutely be changing to Laney as my primary.
