What else would you like to say about your experience?
The impact and understanding of patients by listening more rather than directive one directional conversation would be appreciate d by staff. This appointment was so different and I believe it was impacted by the shadowing of a nurse practitioner, displaying a show for her rather than caring or listening to me as a patient..I was a third party element and not visible. I also felt some statements were age discriminatory, not intentional but hurtful. I wasn’t feeling any autonomy. Very uncomfortable appointment that I felt was a waste of time. Left feeling why did I even go…not much of any assessment. I am looking for another provider.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Lainey is very thorough—she had read through my medical history and was on top of some abnormal lab work from a recent procedure, and then ordered a repeat of those labs. She addressed issues before I even mentioned them. Excellent provider!

The whole entire staff at that practice is just amazing. They just go more than the extra mile. My wife and I are elderly and we have serious health conditions. . They listen and they show concern. Always they show concern and compassion. I would give the staff and Laney at that practice way more than 10. Good job and we're really glad that they're part of the BJC system.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I really appreciated the nurse practitioner and how well she did, how she talked to me and encouraged me and even gave me some ideas on different things that I could do to help with this weight loss. And I appreciate that very much. She was very encouraging.

All staff are kind and knowledgeable. Laney is probably my favorite provider I have been able to see with several systems. Please do everything you can to keep her with BJC. Excellent care.

Lainey Brown took her time going through my recent medical history. She was very clear explaining everything. We also talked about recent family issues and gave me a referral.

I really like Dr. Lanie Brown. She seems to geniunely care about my health and is encouraging as I do better with each visit. I am comfortable speaking with her and never feel rushed.
