All staff are kind and knowledgeable. Laney is probably my favorite provider I have been able to see with several systems. Please do everything you can to keep her with BJC. Excellent care.

Lainey Brown took her time going through my recent medical history. She was very clear explaining everything. We also talked about recent family issues and gave me a referral.

I really like Dr. Lanie Brown. She seems to geniunely care about my health and is encouraging as I do better with each visit. I am comfortable speaking with her and never feel rushed.

Lainey Brown was extra attentive and really listened to my concerns giving me the exact choices I had and her support was reassuring I will be ok. I really needed to hear that. I now have CLEAR answers to the next step on this journey.

Dr. Laneys staff were very friendly and professional. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable during my visit. I love how patient and caring Dr. Laney is. She makes sure that you understand what she is explaining or prescribing to you and how to take/use it. I wouldn't switch or change doctors for anything (except relocation) lol
