I thought in previous part of the review I was speaking about Dr. Brown but perhaps it was the staff. The review still applies to the staff. Dr. Brown is in my view an excellent doctor. She is very knowledgeable, patient and listens to you. Can’t say enough good things about her..

I did a telemedicine visit. My appointment was at 11:30 and I never got a call until 12:08. I think a little more respect if peoples time. I can see a 10 to 15 minute wait but 40 is unacceptable
