Ms Brown sanitized her hands as she entered the room and introducing herself as she asked me to explain my issue. She listened to me WITHOUT any interruption of my description and then asked to see the issue at hand. She very carefully handled and examined the cite in question.

As I get older I seem to get a bit more anxious when going to medical appointments. I wish so much all my health care providers were exactly like Emily Brown. Warm, caring, calm, gentle, professional, competent, a good listener, reassuring re: my visit and any concerns, seems happy to answer any questions I have, very relatable, positive, polite, respectful, does not rush through the appointment and any concerns. I wish I could find a primary care clinician exactly like her.
