This was a follow up to my initial visit with Dr. Heffernan. We thoroughly reviewed what had happened with my medications since the first visit, and my concern about how I was feeling. We discussed options and came up with a plan for the next couple of weeks to see how I started feeling. I have been extremely satisfied with Dr. Heffernan’s treatment.

Dr. Heffernan is very professional yet personable. She listens to my concerns and answers my questions. I have Parkinson’s, & she has offered me options that are available to improve my quality of life. Her Nurse Angela has always returned my phone calls with suggestions for my concerns. I feel confident in Dr Heffernan and her staff caring about me.

Dr. Heffernan is an exceptional doctor.
She explains everything completely and gives me options for suggested treatments. She also researches anything she needs to know more about. She takes the time to listen to what I have to say. She takes the time to type out everything we talked about so I can review it and my wife can review it too.
Dr. Heffernan is by far the best neurologist I’ve ever seen.

This was the best experience I have had. It was my first visit with this Dr. & I was apprehensive ahead of time. The Dr. Was very professional, listened to my questions, answered questions, she gave me the impression she really cared about me & my health. I really appreciated her ?'s & her treatment plan.

Dr Heffernan listened to my medical history with Parkinson's disease, asked pertinent questions and was totally honest about my condition and how I can improve it with several different options. She was very thorough and I like and respect her I saw Taylor Arends June 3 and she also was very personable and and gave me helpful information about diet.exercise. Vitamins, and medication. I feel confident that I am receiving great care.
