As usual, Dr. Broderick explained the results of my CT scan and talked about next steps. I always feel confident when under the care of Dr. Broderick. He, of course, is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in his field and, he has a great 'bedside' manner which is very important to me...especially when talking about cancer.

This pulmonary practice has been just spectacular. From initial diagnosis, thru biopsy, surgery and aftercare the communication has been wonderful. Calls quickly returned and followups scheduled as quickly as possible. I feel very fortunate to have found this practice at Sibley/Hopkins.

Dr. Broderick is an excellent surgeon who, thanks to his dedication and skill, has given me a future. He visited me in the hospital to make sure I was doing well twice the day after surgery.My recovery was quick. I was so lucky to have him as my surgeon.

This was an appointment for a second opinion on a slow-growing lung nodule that has been followed for 5 years since having surgery for a stage 1a adenocarcinoma in a different lobe. I left with peace of mind that my current doctor and Dr. Broderick agree that surgery is not recommended at this time. I have a better understanding of WHY not to pursue surgery after seeing Dr. Broderick.

My first meeting with Dr. Broderick was excellent. He was recommended to me by two pulmonologists I've conferred with. He was welcoming to this new and nervous patient and could not have been more personable as he clearly explained, and we discussed my case. We've set a date for surgery and I have the utmost confidence in his skill to produce a good result.
