This was my first visit with him and he read my chart and knew the state of my health. He listened and explained my condition to me in a clear and concise manner. He apologized for his colleagues dismissal of my symptoms as he gave me hope of disease management. He said he can help me and clearly indicated a plan after testing scheduled with other providers is completed.
