Very little wait ; exceptional staff; Nurse extremely helpful and Physican actually seems to care what his patients are going thru;
Receptionist by the name of JoAnn was incredible……..Customer service skills off the top !!!!

Dr. Lock is an excellent Dr who has helped me enormously. My concern is the same with all Piedmont physicians I have been to. I feel rushed and unable to ask questions and have a discussion about my situation.

I was in terrible shape when I first saw Dr Lock. I told him my story , He Listened , really listened. He did many tests,and it turned out I was misdiagnosed. Now that I’m treated correctly I have improved 90% and keep getting better. He is a great doctor. He may have saved my life.

I explained my situation/ and the flare up that I had that sent me to Harbin Clinic Urgent Care on 12/28/25
He escorted me to the ling testing station- explained what was going on- came up with a plan yo help get me through this flare up- wanted to see me back in 3 weeks-very explained everything very well.

I had my first visit with Dr. Lock this past week.
Dr.Lock took his time with me, never seemed rushed and answered any questions or concerns that I had. He was very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with any decisions he made on my behalf concerning my health.
I would 100% recommend him to anyone I know that would need his practices
