I really appreciated being able to schedule a follow up nurse visit quickly after my child's well-visit. My child's well-visit was the day before Christmas Eve and I was afraid the second round of vaccines may cause a reaction the following day- and the Urgent Cares near me were closing early for the holiday. So my Dr quickly scheduled a nurse visit for the vaccines for a few days later that didn't have a holiday after it. And then she discussed possible reactions, how to keep my child comfortable, etc. I felt my concerns about timing were really heard and understood

I had to call twice to get an appointment for blood work when I was told I would receive a call back. I am supposed to have an appointment set up for an additional cholesterol check but no one had called me back. It’s been several weeks since my appointment. I often find the receptionists to be quite curt.

Please see my previous comments. We are **very happy** with our providers, but if you cannot see the provider (i.e., not just a delay in the appointment but NO ONE returns your calls) in a timely fashion or if you cannot explain your problem so that it can be appropriately triaged, that's a problem.
