I sm always pleased with the medical staff, who are EXCEPTIONAL, and this time a clerk in the office went out of her way to explain Medicare and billing procedures to me (I have limited experience within the system). Everyone there is capable and friendly. I really appreciate their empathy and efficiency.

Again, not having knowledge that my first new client visit was not an examination, but just a meet and greet and then finding that out as well as realizing that I now still have to wait another six months before I can actually have my first patient annual. That part is very concerning to me. I, waited all this time for this “meet and greet”. Very disappointing in that.
