Dr. Bekan-Homawoo is PHENOMENAL. She really sat down with me and went through all my signs and symptoms in addition to performing a thorough physical assessment. She is the first doctor to really listen to me AND was able to give me my diagnosis that had been long suspected but no other provider felt knowledgeable enough about my condition to make the formal diagnosis. She was able to give me several recommendations that have already started to help and created a solid to plan to move forward. She never once made me feel like I was crazy or that it was “all in my head” like so many other providers have. She was so patient with me and was everything a doctor/provider should be.
