Kaila Bridges does an outstanding job with treatment, explanation and kindness. She even followed up by telephone as promised to check condition and prompt further emergent care as needed.

Staff was respectful and listened to everything I had to say. Sure it was a simple visit over poison ivy but they were beyond helpful. Providing information on how to help avoid discomfort and itch until the medication helped clear it.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I really don't know how the visit could be improved. Everyone was great.

All the staff were very polite and genuinely seemed to care about what was going on with my health. I did not feel like just another face passing through.

All staff were very caring and professional. Nursing and NP took the time to ask about medications, symptoms and review information from ER visit.. NP did a very thorough exam. NP explained in the detail the tests she was ordering and why. They answered all questions that I had. I could not have been more happier to have such a great team helping me in this time of need. We are lucky to have such medical professionals that are available to provide such wonderful care in our area.

Kaila Bridges took her time to listen to my concerns and stitched my finger where I cut it deep. She did such a wonderful job, the stitches didn’t hurt a bit!
