Nurse and nurse practitioner were well informed, effective, kind and very organized. I appreciated the pleasant atmosphere.

It took to long before the nurse to come and tell me that the nurse practitioner had gotten sick and had to go home, I sat for an hour before I was told.

Staff was friendly and helpful. PA Bri Mc G was very knowledgeable and helpful, explain detailed information to me and my daughter the issues I was doing with. She followed up with a phone call that afternoon.

The nurse practitioner was not very nice and I didn't get to meet with the doctor and it takes forever to get anything done at UAB.
