I had a wonderful experience. I saw the NP instead of the DR this time and she was wonderful. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood the plan. One of the staff members went out of her way to show my daughter some equipment that would be used during some testing at a future appointment to get her comfortable (she is 3). I feel like everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make the visit a good experience. My daughter is very shy but she left saying she really ‘liked that place’. I am an RN and as a parent you want the best for your kids and I’m very happy with the care my daughter received. Thank you and please share with your team they are doing a wonderful job.

The entire staff at Renown's Pediatric Urology clinic are top tier! So kind and personable. Our provider, Brianna, is absolutely incredible and made it so obvious that she truly cares for her patients. She listened and took my concerns for my daughter seriously from day 1. I will be highly recommending her to anyone who needs a pediatric urologist!

Of course, having your child have any sort of medical issue is terrifying, but the entire office is amazing! It is clean, the check-in is seamless, and the staff is so kind. This time in particular, our medical assistant was so bubbly and fun, and I would actually be friends with her! The provider is so professional and kind, and you can definitely tell she has kids of her own. The first appointment, my son peed all over her and even got it in her hair and she just laughed. This time, he had a major blowout and we didn’t have any wipes, but she made sure that we were able to get him cleaned up and again just laughed about it like it was no problem. Of course we don’t want our son to have to have surgery, but knowing that he is in such good hands makes us feel very comfortable. As a Renown employee I feel like I have very high standards for the care my family receives, and this department has exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Brianna Stewart demonstrated exceptional professionalism during my visit, exhibiting compassion, support, and kindness throughout the process. She thoroughly explained the procedure and provided all necessary information, ensuring I felt comfortable asking any questions I had. Additionally, the front desk staff were courteous and efficient in managing our check-in. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I am grateful to everyone in the office for their outstanding service.

Ms. Stewart was wonderful. She is patient, funny, and clearly loves working with kids. She spoke at a level my son could understand and even made an analogy to coding to help him understand what was going on with his body. She didn’t speak over him, rush him, or leave any question unanswered. 10 out of 10!!

Brianna was kind and listened. We have been dealing with the challenges for years and Brianna gave us hope and we are seeing more progress in a month then we have in years of treatment with a different provider.
