He asked me to call his office if I don't hear back from Genesis scheduling with a referral appointment within two weeks. This is a flaw in the Genesis system. Credit to Dr Cady for anticipating this issue and letting his patients know about it. This does help alleviate anxiety.

I was especially grateful because Dr. Cady spends more time with me than did past doctors. He is extremely knowledgable. He also detected a possible issue with my blood work that needed to be addressed.

We had been in a car accident and Dr. Cady saw us very quickly and responded to our concerns. We just had another follow up and he ordered some medications and scheduled a MRI for my husband to follow up on a CAT SCAN he had at the hospital after the accident.

I came in to the office ,not knowing Dr Cady didn’t have patients in the afternoon . The receptionist to me to wait and see if he’d see me.. and he did!Took care of issue .
