We had been in a car accident and Dr. Cady saw us very quickly and responded to our concerns. We just had another follow up and he ordered some medications and scheduled a MRI for my husband to follow up on a CAT SCAN he had at the hospital after the accident.

I came in to the office ,not knowing Dr Cady didn’t have patients in the afternoon . The receptionist to me to wait and see if he’d see me.. and he did!Took care of issue .

I have been going to Dr. Cady for a long time and he has always made me feel welcome and he always tries to let me know in a way. In a way I can understand what is wrong and what we can do about it.

Doctor is very personable, but doesn't spend more than a few minutes with me. Just a few quick questions to review meds and visit is over. This pertains to bi-yearly (or yearly) physicals.

Dr. Cady is good, but needs to improve his support staff professionalism. He needs to manage staff time better for the patient experience and be restful of time constraints that others might have. The workflow is poor. Dr. Cady is solid as a physician.

He is extremely knowledgeable and seems to keep up with newest advances in medicine. Additionally, he is personable and easy to talk with. My husband and I highly recommend him as a primary care physician.
