Dr cady is very professional and caring but the front office staff needs to work on professional skills and also answering the telephone when we call for issues or rx refills. Every time we call it takes 5-15 minutes to get to talk to someone with our issues.

I just wish to say that I contantly recommend Dr. Cady and team to everyone I meet. Due to his supprt and help I go well beyond the logic of telling one or 2 people about good service and instead have told litterally dozens.

My only problem is that Dr. Cady does not return phone calls for a couple days..

Dr. Cady is an excellent provider; however, he sees many patients and often has very little time to spend one-on-one with patients. I had requested a couple of specific items with the nurse to add in my chart to be discussed with him, and they were not addressed in the haste of the face-to-face visit.
