Everyone I interacted with in the laser clinic, including Dr. Samuels, was warm and friendly, while also communicating professionalism. I felt quite safe, which is what you want when someone is mucking about with your eyes!

I have been to this clinic twice now. The receptionist and assistants are always very nice and helpful. The rest of the visit is rather cold and impersonal. I can’t identify what it is, but I do not feel like I’m “seen” or a valued customer. I make the two hour drive because of UAB’s medical research reputation.

I did not have a long wait after I signed in. The staff were very polite and professional. Dr. Samuels answered and questions that I asked and a good report.

Everything I needed done, was done well and everyone was really friendly and caring. The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because the vision test appeared to be on older equipment so for my bad eyes it was really hard to see...on the 4th floor exam rooms, the vision test equipment is brighter, clearer and sharper.

Because for the 1st time everyone was so nice and friendly.Just simply wonderful!!!Really made my day!!!Especially with me being handicap 'They were so eager 😁 to help.Pray when I go back in September I will have the same people who really made me comfortable.
