Dr. Quinn is just invaluable. He is exactly what a community like ours needs or his patients range in many ages but most especially older adults. You can always count on Dr. Quinn to be open and welcoming and give you full explanations of your condition and the treatments he proposes. He’s a credit to the medical profession and I am proud to say he is from Ottumwa, Iowa.
