Every provider at UNR has (have?) always listened. I have never felt my input was a nuisance nor disregarded. This was only my second time seeing Dr. Passalacqua and he came in prepared with my medical history, so no redundant questions. Didn't make me feel that my whining was whiney.

This doctor saw me when I made an appointment and when I mad it someone made a mistake and it wasn't in the system but this doctor saw me even though the system didn't show up I needed care he was very thorough and very good to me
