The doctor was very concerned he showed concern. He was very knowledgeable. Told me exactly what he was gonna do. Ordered an echocardiogram ordered lab work. Chest x-ray was very thorough and I appreciate it. I needed it.

The doctor and the nurse were all wonderful, very patient in explaining things to me. I didn't wait hardly at all. I was impressed with all the staff I encountered. I highly recommend it to everybody.

Dr Passalaqua has been my primary care doctor for years and I feel confidant and safe being under his care. I also appreciate having a medical facility close to where I live - rather than having to drive a long distance to see my doctor. The staff at the UNR office are a group of super friendly - caring people. I wish Renown would also consider building a hospital facility in the North Valleys (in Stead, NV), so those residents would have better medical care and be closer to where they live. Lynne Llewellyn

I appreciate being able to continue to use this facility as it is the closest Renown option for me. It is where I have gone for years and I feel that it gives me All the Options for the Medical Care I need. I hope and pray that this facility continues to be open for our use. Needless to say - I think Dr Passalacqua and the staff at the UNR facility are the Greatest.

I’ve been seeing him for years, since my former primary care physician retired, when my insurance plan allowed it. He is also my wife’s PCP, and cared for our children before that. He is our family practitioner.

Every provider at UNR has (have?) always listened. I have never felt my input was a nuisance nor disregarded. This was only my second time seeing Dr. Passalacqua and he came in prepared with my medical history, so no redundant questions. Didn't make me feel that my whining was whiney.
