The staff is extremely courteous, polite and respectful. My mom got a fracture in her wrist and the matter was treated with such urgency and care. Not only is Dr. George an excellent orthopedic doctor, he is also gentle and thorough in his evaluation of the injury. The process from the time I scheduled the consult to my mother's surgery was incredibly quick. Everything happened in such a timely manner. Thank you Dr. George and staff at Virtua.

The office is clean with reception desk staff ready to sign patients in upon arrival. All office staff were very efficient, courteous and pleasant. Waited only 10 mins. beyond my appointment time. Once in the patient care room, Valerie was very friendly during the intake process. X-ray technician was easy to follow instructions and went quickly. Dr. George was pleasant and attentive during my exam. My questions were answered in detail. Treatment was administered and instructions given. There was no wait for Patient Check out and all went smoothly. I had a very positive experience at the office location.

Yes, I didn't get any super direction about what to do and I get the same effect for why I came there and there's no super treatment evidently for it but and I got no paperwork to take home with me to see or to tell what his on his behalf what he did. It would have been nice if he had given me some direction. I provided a topical that I could put on my hands and I could have picked the prescription up. I was at the pharmacy and it's an over-the-counter prescription. I wasn't really happy with my whole experience. I thought I was ?

Dr. George was amazing!! He fully discussed what was going on with both of my hands and we set up a plan of care that so far has been amazing. He gave me two injections for my trigger finger and I can actually bend my finger all the way in and I just had the shot two days ago. You rock Dr. George!! Great job! I love VIRTUA and all of their staff. !!

There's zero direction from anyone as a first-time patient, know where to go from what room to what room and even checkout. We were just told we could go but had no idea what checkout was and then would have sat there with no one knowing we were there to call us and check us out to get us done for the day. Very frustrating as a first-time patient to this practice. Just assumed you know where you went.
