I have nothing but good things to say about HSS. From the first time I walked through the door everyone was very professional and polite. I had both knees replaced with absolutely no issues. I am so happy I chose HSS for this procedure. I would highly recommend HSS.

Hospital staff and employees were very professional kind courteous. Dr. Chalmers office was exceptionally informative and they listen to everything that I had to ask and explain things thoroughly. Very happy I decided to come to HSS.

Based on this visit and good things I’ve heard from other people who have had surgery by Dr. Chalmers, I am proceeding with my surgery.
Everyone was incredibly nice. Dr. Chalmers assistant (maybe his name was Justin [ ] ?) was excellent explaining my knee anatomy and recommendations to me.

Everything went as planned. Dr. Chalmers explained everything to me that was going to take place and overall, everything went as planned. I even went home the same day of the surgery.

My wife and I have been to many doctors and facilities over the years. I would rate yours as the best in my life. The facility is impressive, the staff is extraordinary! Everyone was helpful and seemed happy to help. They seemed to enjoy their job! We were extremely impressed with everything and everyone we had the pleasure to meet. You are definitely doing something right with your staff. Thank you for such an experience.

I called Dr. Chalmers office to make a 6 weeks follow-up appointment. I complained that the doctor did not visited my bedside after my procedure. In Less that 10 minutes I received a call from Dr Chalmers, unfortunately I was resting and didn't answer the call. The doctor then sent me a warm message to let me know he was there pointing out key things he noticed while visiting. Due to the fact that I was alert, I did not remembered his visit. My family confirmed the doctors visit and said how professional he and his staff were. Thanks to the best surgeon!!

Dr. Chalmers put me at ease and also helped my sister through her anxiety about my procedure. His skill as a surgeon is amazing. I can't believe I'm walking - same day, and now after 3 days, I'm using aids only for a little extra safety.
