Dr.Kinard and his staff are very professional and he has an excellent manners when dealing my with my minor child.He actually took the time to explain the process of the surgery and the benefit of the surgery for my child.this was a very enlightening visit for me and my child.thank you Dr.Kinard.

The facility is beautiful and very clean. The check in process was very organized. The xray tech, resident and physician were all extremely knowledgeable. Just a wonderful experience!

i was overwhelmed with how kind and caring everyone was at UAB. EVERYONE! trust me i have a gift to gab and i will chat it up with anyone. there was definitely love in the air and i have bragged about it to everyone. Dr. Kinard was amazing and his staff was amazing. we are forever grateful and blessed. we are from [ ], i could only wish other hospital staff shared the love like uab. i work remote since covid and seeing how the staff interacted and cared for each other like family really made me miss working in that type of environment. keep promoting kindness and a family environment among your staff, i can really tell that people love working there.

Dr.Kinard was very knowledgeable and explained what his assessment was based on my scans and history. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons of the surgery to help in my assessment of whether I wanted to proceed with the surgery. He was courteous and engaging. Although I decided not to proceed with the surgery I would recommend him to anyone considering it.

Dr Kinard and his staff were very thorough and caring, and took great care of my daughter with special needs, and did so quickly. My only complaint is that I would have liked a face to face follow up from Dr Kinard immediately post-op, since we will not have a follow-up appointment at the clinic.

I only had a consultation with the doctor so I can't respond to any surgical procedures. However, the staff was wonderful and friendly. The oral surgeon was very helpful and offered good insight into my problem. However, I did not think the resident doctor was very patient with me. He came in to hear what I was there for. As I started answering his questions to the best of my remembrance, he would (snap) that would be something I needed to know. If I had known that I would have been asked some of his questions I would have been more prepared. I had my medication list, insurance card, and id. I will continue with the oral surgeon and get the necessary information that he asked for.

Dr. Kinard was great with my son who is 3. This was for a second opinion after we met with a pediatric oral surgeon where we had a terrible experience. The staff at the hoover office were wonderful and Dr. Kinard was detailed and informative. We were seen on time and he had a great bedside manner with our child.

Everyone was very polite. I did not have a long wait time. Dr. Brian Kinard was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions which eased my nerves. I was there maybe an hour. Overall, I was pleased with my experience.

My son is deaf, and everyone was patient as we explained everything to him through sign language.

Staff did not wear face mask nor did they wear gloves. Staff were face to face with me, they touched equipment that were places in my inside my mouth. I did take COVID test the next day and continued testing for days afterwards!
