Dr.was very nice and explained about the delay. We understood and appreciated that he put his patients needs first. Once he was in our room he was thoughtful, attentive, professional and very knowledgeable. We thought he did a great job.

Dr. Jao was Awesome! Not once, did I feel uncomfortable. He always listened to my concerns. He even asked about what kept me busy during the day. He was very down-to-earth. I left feeling confident that Dr.Jao would perform my surgeries with his expert hands.

Dr Jao was very cordial, interested in educating me so I could informed decisions about my care and took a very pragmatic approach. My husband and I thought he had an excellent bedside manner! We are very thankful for him and his expertise as we travel through this cancer journey!

I saw the plastic surgeon this week. Dr Jao and Grace, his PA are just wonderful. So great at answering all of my questions and explaining in a way that I'm able to understand. Never lose patience with me or make me feel like I'm holding them up or bothering them. This entire team does an amazing job of putting me at ease and confident in the level of care that I receive.

I have a primary Doctor, Cardiologist, endocrinologist, now the hands and arm doctor. I trust St. Luke's so much and I've got the best doctors I feel and never had an issue at all.
